This video explains how you can generate a supply network diagram from the low power specification of your design using DVT.
The supply network diagram shows all the power domains, power switches and how they are connected via supply nets and supply ports.

Generating a Supply Network Diagram from the Toolbar
Click on the Generate Diagram
toolbar button and choose Supply Network Diagram
. This option is only available when your project has the Power Format nature enabled and Power Format files are analyzed by DVT. The supply network diagram shows all the power domains, power switches, and how they are connected via supply nets and supply ports.
Viewing More Information about Diagram Elements
Select an element in the diagram to see more information in the Inspect View. Right-click and choose Go to Source
to open the PowerFormat specification file. For control ports, you can jump either to the PowerFormat file or directly to the control signal in the design source.
Generating a Supply Network Diagram from a Design Diagram
You can also generate the supply network diagram from a design diagram. Make sure that Power Domain Information is checked in the diagram preferences dialog. Right-click on an instance and choose Show in Supply Network Diagram
. Notice that the power domain of the selected instance and all its connections are highlighted.
