Launching Run Configurations from the Definition Dialog
Launching a Run Configuration from the definition dialog may be cumbersome.
Quick Access to Recent Launches via the Toolbar Drop-down
For quick access to the most recent launches, you can use the Run Configuration toolbar drop-down. Click on the button to run the last launched configuration.
Bringing Up a Searchable List of Run Configurations
To bring up a searchable list of all the DVT generic Run Configurations, go to Run > Quick Run, or just press Ctrl+U.
Associating Run Configurations with Toolbar Buttons and Keyboard Shortcuts
Let's associate this Run Configuration with the toolbar button and the keyboard shortcut. Go to the Shortcuts tab, check Add button on main toolbar, and create an icon to your own taste. You may also assign a keyboard shortcut from this tab.
