Can I use vi/vim along with DVT?

DVT contains ViPlugin OEM (http://www.viplugin.com/viplugin/index.php/viplugin) for vi emulation. To use it, download a prepacked version of DVT or install viPlugin for DVT feature from DVT Update Site.
