4.22 Questa Libraries Compilation

In order to compile Questa libraries:

specify the required libraries using the +dvt_init_questa_libs directive
specify the Questa installation path, unless $MTI_HOME system variable is set

For example:

+dvt_init_questa_libs+modelsim_lib
+dvt_setenv+MTI_HOME=/apps/mentor/10.6b-64bit/questasim

The available VHDL libraries are: MODELSIM_LIB
