Install DVT for VS Code Using a Pre-Packed Distribution

DVT for VS Code is available as a pre-packed distribution you can download from here.

The pre-packed distribution contains the VSCodium binary distribution of VS Code, together with the DVT for VS Code extension installed as a built-in extension.
