Mermaid Diagrams

Mermaid is a tool that draws diagrams from a simple textual description. DVT renders Mermaid diagrams in the Inspect View. The diagram is updated on the fly (as you type).

The Mermaid description can be embedded in comments, surrounded by @MERMAID_START…@MERMAID_END pragmas.

To save the diagram as an SVG file, right-click on it in the Inspect View.

DVT offers the ability to view Mermaid diagrams through tooltips, by hovering over any Mermaid description written inside DVT editors.
